Hayden grew up in Collingwood, Ontario, and now calls Nelson, BC home. Spending much of his time outdoors, pursuing his passion for the backcountry while continually refining his canoeing and tripping skills. He spent several summers in Temagami guiding before heading north to the NWT to join the Canoe North Adventures team, where he has been guiding since 2023. When he’s not on the river, Hayden is working toward his Arborist Certification and spending winters in British Columbia working in the ski industry. In his spare time, he can be found riding his bikes, paddling whitewater, and making the most of everything the outdoors has to offer. He looks forward to sharing time on the water with everyone he gets to paddle with this summer.
