Growing up paddling and exploring the woods in and around the Algonquin Park area, Parker has been passionate about the outdoors from a very young age. She developed her tripping and paddling skills at a summer camp on Lake Temagami, eventually completing a 2 month river trip in the Northwest Territories. She fell in love with the area has been returning to the North since 2022.

In the winter you can find Parker studying Environmental Biology at the McGill University Agricultural Campus, and anxiously awaiting the summertime.
